REFERENCE IMAGES
​​The client must be able to produce at least one reference image for the artist to work from (a simple coloured sketch is sufficient).

A good reference image will visually show all important design elements without the need for written explanation.
If the client is unable to produce relevant reference for a desired element then the commission will fall under "design work" and will be charged as such.

COMPLEXITY FEES
Complexity fees may apply to designs that fall outside of bipedal, humanoid character designs, or if a pattern/ design / structure is particularly intricate.
