I WANT TO COMMISSION SOME ART FROM YOU. HOW SHOULD I CONTACT YOU?

You can either direct message me on Bluesky or Instagram, or you can send me an email at tatsukillacreations@gmail.com. I also have a commission request form if you would like something easy to fill out.

WHAT IF I WANT TO COMMISSION SOMETHING THAT IS NOT LISTED AS AN EXAMPLE?

If none of the examples listed on this site are relevant to your project, please feel free to contact me directly as I am always interested in working on new projects! (Please note that I do not currently offer traditionally drawn illustration commissions. E.g. Canvas, paper, paintings, pencil or otherwise.)

DO YOU DO PORTRAIT COMMISSIONS OF REAL PEOPLE?

Yes I do! The subject matter of each commission is not limited so long as the client can provide at least 1 reference image/ photo for the artist to work from. Please be aware that:

All the terms of service and complexity fees will apply in the same way as any other type of commission.
Completion times may vary depending on the nature of the commission.
Client's should understand that the artist has a primarily stylised art style, and does not offer realistic style artwork.

CAN YOU DESIGN A NEW CHARACTER FOR ME?

Yes I can! If you are interested in having a brand new character designed, please contact me directly on either my Bluesky, Instagram or my email at tatsukillacreations@gmail.com. Or if it's easier, feel free to submit a commission request form with "custom character commission" as the commission type.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A COMMISSION?

Average completion time differs for each type of commission. Some projects may also be largely affected by limits on communication (e.g. time zones, work hours) and/ or any major edits or additions to each piece.

Please note that these completion time estimates are just estimates, and as such, should not be considered as deadlines. In cases where projects are time sensitive (e.g. birthdays, holidays, anniversaries etc.), clients should notify the artist of this before payment.

DISCLAIMER:

Estimates are based on cel shaded pieces, depicting 1 character without complexity. Completion times for other piece will vary based on level of rendering, complexity, number of characters, and number of/ scale of any edits requested by the client.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS FOR COMMISSIONS?

Payment is only accepted through invoice using Square. For further information, please see the 'Payment' section of the Terms of Service page.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Instalment payment plans may only be offered to clients commissioning for projects over £100 and long term projects (pieces such as a custom character design.).

DO YOU HAVE A REFUNDS POLICY?

Yes I do! Please see under Refunds on the Terms of Service page.
